For all design disciplines, process is executed stage by stage (Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation) in accordance with international design systems such as RIBA.
Following the principles of design system, ARTI gets the benefit of consultants for various design disciplines (Geotechnical, Fire protection, Acoustics, Façade) and enriches design to the most efficient and innovative solution.
ARTI presents a full package design in architectural, structural, MEP disciplines gathered under one roof. Every step of design is managed real time by delivery schedules and work programs (using MS Project or Primavera software) for a successful coordination. At the Design Development stage, a budget estimate report is being prepared for Client to anticipate the cost of construction.
ARTI has the benefit of using up-to-date design tools such as Revit, 3dmax, Sketch-up, Tekla Structures to produce noteworthy, realistic and coordinated design which will provide better constructability during execution. ARTI aims to produce the most consistent design with real life.
ARTI design team follows always architectural and engineering literature of various construction geography. As a matter of fact, ARTI design team has design experience of European, American and Russian codes in all design disciplines (IBC, ICC, EC, ACI, SNIP, ASHRAE, NFPA). Besides, all of the ARTI design team already has a serious background about Azerbaijani and Russian norms such as AzDTN or SniP to comply with the local requirements in Azerbaijan and Russia which is one of the most critical parameter in every step of design and construction.
ARTI offers Clients its proactive involvement during local approvals and permits of design in every step of governmental procedures. In a joint cooperation with Client team, ARTI tracks approval processes (land plot, building) in governmental departments (State Architect, Ecology, Epidemiology, Fire protection departments etc.) and shares its experience for the benefit of Client.
It should be finally noted that all data transfer during design phases are executed with an online platform. Project library is available online in accordance with privileges and document registry is done with one click by the Client anytime. Issuing drawings for approval (IFA) and for-construction (IFC) is all executed via these platforms including QR codes for final revisions. For immediate action and design office support, directions, instructions and attachments are actively utilized inside these platforms too.
